The staff seems to have no knowledge at all. Every other person you meet seems to be newly appointed. being a huge multiplex there seems a lot of mis-management.

Its too big a place to cover all the sections at one go...collection is wide so you end being confused...especially during sale season!!! Enjoy shopping!!! eatery is a bit of turn down...not much of a variety here...same old momos and all...they could have made it better...and pricing of some of the eatable is atrociously high!!!

Good Place For Shopping & Eating. Stuff is expensive.

A great place to test your meditation, only go there if you have to! Or do a quick raid & leave!! Product range good, everything else bad.

This place sux. There's alot of stuff, but its all super expensive, there is constantly staff hovering around you, but if you actually purchase something while you're there and you put your bag down for a second it'll walk off without anyone seeing anything.

So long as you shop and leave, Pune Central is fine. Lose something or ask for assistance and you will surely be disappointed. The staff and service need dire help here.

Its a gud place to shop however there shud be ample parking space for 4 wheeler and more discount offers on Kids items.
